There is no need to extol the importance of inner peace. It is well-known that it is of great importance in everyone’s life.
Everyone, now and then, finds himself in a situation that requires inner peace. These are the times when the emotions rise up, when there are anxieties, worries, uncertainties or conflicts.
There are various ways to get inner peace. In this post, I would like to focus on using affirmations to get inner peace.
Affirmations are positive statements that are repeated often, and in this way, affect the conscious and the subconscious mind, triggering them to action, in accordance with the wording of the affirmation.
Affirmations can help, to a certain extent, to pacify the mind, at least temporarily, when you need inner peace. They are also helpful to keep the mind quiet when sitting to meditate.
One of the main aims of meditation is to calm the restlessness of the mind. As you continue meditating, gradually, inner peace becomes a frequent visitor.
The matter is that to start meditating, you need to be able to quiet your mind, at least just a little. Affirmations could be helpful in this situation.
Below, you will find a few affirmations for inner peace. Repeat one or more, for a few minutes, when you catch yourself worrying or feeling anxiety.
You can also repeat them in bed, if you cannot fall asleep. Also, try using them when you sit down to meditate, to make your mind quiet.
Repeat the affirmations, with attention and earnestness, believing what you are saying and expecting these words to work.
